FIELD: physics; radio.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and communication and can be used as an analog signal amplifier, in analog microcircuit structures of various purpose (e.g. in operational amplifiers (OA), comparators, etc.). Low-voltage differential amplifier comprising input parallel-balance cascade (1), common emitter circuit (2) of which is connected to the first power source bus (3) via current-stabilising impedor (4), the first current output (5) of input parallel-balance cascade (1) connected to input (6) of current mirror (7) matched with the second power source bus (8), the second current output (9) of input parallel-balanced cascade (1) connected to input (10) of output cascade (11) and output (12) of current mirror (7). The circuit incorporates first (13) and second (14) potential bias circuits, the first current output (5) of parallel-balance cascade (1) is connected to input (6) of current mirror (7) via the first potential bias circuit (13), and the second current output (9) of parallel-balance cascade (1) is connected to output (12) of current mirror (7) via the second potential bias circuit (14).
EFFECT: improved temperature stability.
