SUBSTANCE: invention concerns communication equipment. Effect is achieved due to transmission of primary and secondary pilot channels linked to data channel. For that purpose primary and secondary pilot channels are used for data decoding. Capacity level ration for primary and secondary pilot channels depends on at least one parametre out of data transfer rate and data channel payload volume. Capacity level of primary pilot channel is kept independent on at least one parametre out of data transfer rate and data channel payload volume. Capacity level of secondary pilot channel can be adjusted according to at least one parametre out of data transfer rate and data channel payload volume.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of data transfer rate control and capacity control.
