FIELD: wireless communication engineering.

SUBSTANCE: speed of wireless communication device is evaluated. Evaluated data are used to determine rate of power control commands. Wireless communication device transfers power control signals to base station in compliance with rate of power control commands. This rate of power control commands can be found by displaying estimated speed on speed range and choice of rate corresponding to speed range as rate of power control commands. Speed is evaluated by measuring rate of multibeam signal intersection.

EFFECT: optimized signal-transfer power level control process including mobile device speed.
