SUBSTANCE: invention claims system and method of client data management using out-of-band channel in digital multimedia broadcasting. To achieve the effect, claimed system transmits message about client data change over out-of-band channel to terminal device and receives the result of message transmission, including successful transmission/change, unsuccessful change and transmission error. Thus, the system can apply client data change directly after the change.
EFFECT: timely obtainment of payable channel viewing rights and viewing category by terminal devices, when device is out of coverage zone and cannot receive message from authorised access system.
