FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: drilling apparatus contains a body with seeds and vacuum chambers, between of which a seeding plate is placed on a horizontal shaft. The plate has suction orifices in a circumferential direction of its end plane. A plate deflector hood of "excess" seeds is pressed against the end plane of the seeding plate by a spring. The deflector hood has a tang with saw-tooth bulges. The working surface of the saw-tooth bulge faced towards the suction orifices is made of conjugated conical and spherical surfaces. The top of the conical surface is directed to the side opposite to the direction of the suction orifices.

EFFECT: efficiency upgrading of removing excess seeds and reduction of seed bruising.
