FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises a body with seed and vacuum chambers, between which there is a sowing disk installed on a horizontal shaft with suction holes, as well as a plate reflector of "unnecessary" seeds. The reflector of the "unnecessary" seeds adjoins the end plane of the sowing disk and is equipped with a guide and a tail with saw-like ledges, working surface of which is inverted towards the suction holes. The guide is located in the apparatus body slot radially arranged relative to the sowing disk centre, and at the side distanced from the tail it is connected to a compression spring, the second end of which is fixed at the apparatus body. The guide comprises a through longitudinal cut of rectangular shape along the axis of symmetry passing through the centre of the sowing disk, as well as a pin orthogonally coupled with its end plane. The tail has a mechanism to adjust position of its ledges relative to suction holes with a cylindrical washer, at the end surface of which there is a groove arranged in the form of an Archimedean spiral. The groove is engaged with the guide pin. The spiral groove width is 5-15% more than the diameter of the guide pin. In the centre of the cylindrical washer there is a through hole, through which a fastening pin is pulled. One end of the pin is rigidly connected to the apparatus body, and the other one - with the help of a threaded joint with a press handle to fix a reflector relative to the body. The fastening pin passes through the through longitudinal cut. The working surface of the tail inverted towards the suction holes has a helical shape made so that in the ledge nearest to the seed chamber the angle between the face inverted to the disk rotation axis and the face adjacent to the sowing disk is sharp, and near the most remote one it is blunt. Faces of the tail inverted to direction of the suction holes motion, at the neighbouring saw-like ledges, are arranged as convex and concave in turns.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible to reduce damage to sowing material and to increase quality of single-grain sowing of seeds when sowing at high speeds.
