FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: preserves are produced by blanching and mincing garlic, cutting and freezing basil greens, parsley and dill, mincing walnut nucleuses and tofu. The listed ingredients are mixed with mayonnaise, culinary salt and hot black pepper under oxygen-free conditions to produce farce. Eggplants are cut, covered in soy flour and fried in vegetable oil. Farce is laid on it and twisted to obtain rolls. The rolls and vegetable oil are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
