FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: tomatoes and raw onions are cut and blanched, garlic is blanched and minced. Basil leaves are cut and frozen, tofu is cut, hazel kernels are minced. The listed components are mixed without oxygen access with salt and calcium gluconate. The resultant mixture and vegetable oil are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
