FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: potatoes are cut and blanched, green onion, sweet basil, parsley and dill are cut and frozen. Cod fillet, tofu and pickles are cut. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with lemon juice, culinary salt and calcium citrate under oxygen-free conditions. The resultant mixture and mayonnaise are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
