SUBSTANCE: by zonal pulmonary rheography, women on their first 15 weeks of pregnancy suffering from chronic nonobstructive bronchitis, in remission period are examined for degree of involvement of superior left lung in total pulmonary air-inflation (RVp4%, %) and level of ventilation-perfusion relation in inferior left lung (VPR6, relative units), clinical course of chronic nonobstructive bronchitis in pregnancy is predicted by discriminant equation: D=-4.369×RVp4%+6.428×VPR6, where D is a discriminant function with a limit value -34.76; if D is lower than said limit value, developing acute condition of chronic nonobstructive bronchitis in pregnancy is predicted, while D equal or more than the limit value indicates the absence of acute condition of chronic nonobstructive bronchitis in pregnancy.
EFFECT: possibility to predict the clinical course of chronic nonobstructive bronchitis in pregnancy.
