FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: Klein's solution in amount 20 ml is injected supra- and subfascially into carcinoma projections. The carcinoma is removed with converging sections herewith covering the healthy tissue spaced 0.2-0.5 cm. It is followed with endoscopic removal of the underlying fascia in the distance at least 4 cm from a carcinoma edge.
EFFECT: reduced risk of recurrence.
