FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly arrhythmology. A radiofrequency ablation electrode is brought into a left ventricle. An interatrial septum is punctured. It is followed by radiofrequency ablation of the left ventricle. Thereafter, the ablation electrode is brought in each renal artery in turn wherein 4-10 applications of radiofrequency energy are also applied at frequency 400-500 kHz on all the walls of the given artery from its mouth to a point of separation on lobar arteries under control of contrast angiography.
EFFECT: method enables providing higher clinical effectiveness ensured by the exposure on the left ventricular arrhythmia substratum and the blood pressure regulation substratum.
