FIELD: mining engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of bulk solids dressing and can be used in mining, metallurgical and other fields of industry. Method of magnetic ores dressing includes crushing of primary product, its breakdown in moist autogenous mill, screen sizing in washing drum, with feeding from washing drum of coarse size into ore-chisley mill, and of small size with pulp - into spiral classifier, screen sizing of breakdown product from ore-chisley mill in additional washing drum with delivery from additional washing drum of wear out heald into moist autogenous mill, feeding with pulp of small size from additional washing drum and classifier to moist magnetic separation. From classifier coarse size is fed into ore-chisley mill. After breakdown of raw material in moist autogenous mill - screen sizing is implemented in double-deck washing drum, from which middle size is divided for two flows, one of which is returned into moist autogenous mill, and other flow is fed into ore-chisley mill. Dividing of middle size for two flow is implemented on the basis of ensuring condition of maximum reasonable charging of ore-chisley mill. Maximum reasonable charging of ore-chisley mill is specified by current intensity of actuating motor of ore-chisley mill.

EFFECT: effectiveness increase of magnetic ores dressing, and also productivity improvement of method and reduction of re-breakage of product.
