FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technological lines for production of finely ground material and can be used in production and concentration of ore raw materials for ferrous metallurgy, namely, magnetite-haematite ores, which are natural and technogenic deposits. Line includes serially arranged and technologically interconnected hoppers with feeders, serially installed vibration screens, coarse and medium crushers with unloading devices, magnetic separators of 1st and 2nd enrichment stages. In process line includes additional third stage of dry magnetic separation of small dump tailings, for which double-drum magnetic separator is used, made of two separate drums of the same diameter, located vertically one under the other. Magnetic field strength on upper drum is higher than on lower drum.

EFFECT: improved line for grinding magnetite-hematite ores with obtaining improved parameters of extraction of iron into concentrate and improvement of its quality at reduction of power inputs.
