FIELD: ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ammunition to be fired from ship-based grenade-launcher systems. Proposed device comprises cup-like casing made from positive-buoyancy material and pyrotechnical flare comprising an enclosure, pyrotechnical composition and diaphragm with central orifice Aforesaid diaphragm is connected with aforesaid enclosure to form a free space between it and pyrotechnical composition. Note here that outside casing bottom is lined with metal sleeve. The said metal sleeve features axial stepwise channel receiving a weight representing a set of disks.
EFFECT: higher reliability, increased range of vision and time of illumination.
