FIELD: physics, measurements.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to facilities for remote measurement that use variation of light intensity. Facility comprises reversible light photodiode. After impulse of incoming light radiation in direction of sensitive element, by means of fibrous light guide, light delay is provided, which is sufficient for light photodiode changeover into condition of light reception, to provide for measurement of outgoing light intensity. Control facility makes it possible to provide for two modes of periodic pulses repetition - the first mode has repetition period T1 more than delay time τ3 of optic pulse, and the second mode has repetition period T2, which is equal to delay time τ3 of optical pulse.

EFFECT: elimination of error in measurements caused by instability of light photodiodes characteristics.
