SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrochemistry, analytic chemistry, ecology with regard to analysis of natural and anthropogenic water objects. Method includes separation of carboxylic acids from analysed sample, which has pH 3-4, by co-condensation as a result of distillation with steams of added to sample organic solvent, which has boiling temperature lower than boiling temperature of sample, separation of carboxylic acids by extraction freezing and following identification by means of gas chromatography. Simplification and increase of analysis reliability are achieved.
