FIELD: physics, measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of radio location and is intended for determination of bearing to locating object, which is the source of radio radiation (RRS) or radio waves reflection, simultaneously in two planes - by azimuth and tilt angle. Direction finder comprises antenna system, aperture of which consists of separate noncrossing and adjacent areas of antenna elements equal to efficient area, multi-channel monopulse receiving device, the first, second and third shapers of deviation signal, the first and second units of coordinates conversion, besides antenna system is made of three areas of antenna elements, phase centers are installed in tops of equilateral triangle.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of RRS angular deviation assessment by azimuth and tilt angle relative to equisignal direction under conditions of low signal-noise ratios.
