SUBSTANCE: invention concerns computer protection, in particular, ways of implementation of the isolated or blinded memory with usage of handle by translation of addresses. The system for access control to the memory addressed by means of a card of translation of addresses, contains one or several storage locations in which the policy limiting memory access is stored; the cache which stores the information on a card of addresses translation, and a logical resource which accepts inquiry about access to the specified memory and defines on the basis of the information stored in a cache, whether we will accept this inquiry according to the specified policy, and the logical resource allows inquiry to proceed, if is defined, that the inquiry is admissible according to this policy and if it is defined, that the inquiry is inadmissible according to the given policy either locks inquiry, or updates it in the form, admissible according to the specified policy, and allows this inquiry to proceed. The method describes operation of the specified system. The carrier contains commands executed by the computer for performance of the specified method.
