SUBSTANCE: invention concerns area of processing of video information, and in particular, to ways of existential elimination of noise in video maps. The method of filtering of noise video signals, stable against movement and grounded on determination of local structure and on non-local average according to certain structure of a frame and with usage of data about a current frame and adjacent frames is offered, where: local structure of the map is defined by consecutive curling of the predetermined templates with adjacent pixels and by selection exemplary RPc template which produces the least error after curling, existential filtering is fulfilled by means of the weighed average of values of pixel in a retrieval window from a basic frame, and result of existential filtering are calculated as follows , where pixr (xr, yr, tr) designates basic pixel from a basic frame tr=tc+t with co-ordinates xr and yr, the index p varies from to in a direction X, the index s varies from to in direction Y, the index t varies from to in the field of time, Permanently delete - number of the basic frames involved in process of filtering, wf - the weight of basic pixel pixr (xr, yr, tr), a normalising multiplier is calculated as ; the weight wf each basic pixel is defined as follows if RPc=RPr, otherwise, if exemplary RPC template of current pixel coincides with exemplary the template of basic pixel RPr the basic pixel is considered correct, otherwise, when and basic pixel different, it is considered exemplary templates of current pixel, that the basic pixel is incorrect and eliminate it from process of noise removal.

EFFECT: increase of filtering speed of noise on a video image with provision of excellence noise reduction without any distortions.
