FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates electrical engineering, particularly to composite resistive material that can be used in producing industrial and household heaters. Proposed material comprises current-conducting phase based on carbon produced by channel method. Aforesaid carbon features well-developed specific surface area making 400 to 500 m2/g, and grain size varying from 15 to 25 mcm. It includes also polyurethane varnish, the composition component ratio being as follows, percent by weight, i.e. carbon 18 to 22, and polyurethane varnish making the rest.
EFFECT: minimum departure of heating temperature from preset level making ±0,4°, ease of production and lower costs.
