SUBSTANCE: resistive carbon composite material includes current conductive phases based on technical carbon of high-electroconductive colloidal brands in combination with high-electroconductive brands of graphite and heat-resistant polymer binding agent. At that it contains technical carbon with highly developed specific surface are of 300-600 m2/g and more, with size of particles from 10 up to 50 nm in combination with colloidal graphite agents with graphite particles less than 4 mcm and solution of heat-resistant polymer binding agent. Heat-resistant polymer in the form of solution is used as heat-resistant polymer binding agent.

EFFECT: improved specific conductivity and reduced resistance.
