FIELD: physics; communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns technique of digital processing of speech data and can be used at forming of speech signals in communication systems with frequency splitting of channels. The device contains M of channels connected in parallel, each of them consists of a filter of the lower frequencies with cut-off frequency Fco=4 kHz, a sampler with frequency of discrete sampling Fd=8 kHz, a sample-hold circuit, devices of increase of discrete sampling in frequency and a multiplier connected in series. Each of M channels is linked to the scheme of channel multiplexing, connected with an output stage of a sending device. Each of M outputs of the device forming elements of a substrip matrix is connected to the second input of the multiplier of a corresponding M channel.
EFFECT: maintenance of the best use of the allocated frequency resources.
