FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: biogas unit for processing of animal dung contains a bioreactor with consecutively connected tanks with overflowing walls. Bioreactor is equipped with duct-lines for dung substrate feeding and outlet of agitated mass, heaters, mixers and device for accumulation and discharge of biogas. Bioreactor consists of the main tank of the reactor and five ring maturing tanks. At the bottom of each tank there are tubular heaters. Partition walls of ring maturing tanks are equipped with overflow windows, arranged polar opposite and at a different depth. Above the bioreactor there is a gas holder, lower end of the ring whereof is plugged into the hydraulic hitch. On the outside of the ring there is a welded backer plate rotating on four stream-like rollers, two whereof are rigidly arranged in the basement, and two being compensators. Inside the gas holder ring there are cross struts, with a fixed therewith solid mixer for the main tank of the reactor and chain mixers for the ring maturing tanks.

EFFECT: sterile feeding supplements, fertilisers and increased useful life of the reactor.
