FIELD: processing of organic wastes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anaerobic processing of organic agricultural wastes and enables to reuse agricultural wastes to obtain organic biofertilizers and biogas. Biogas plant for processing organic wastes comprises a cylindrical reactor, which has a double housing, which acts as a thermos, into which hot air is supplied, providing continuous monitoring of the process of producing biogas and fertilizers, branch pipes for supply and removal of processed substrate and removal of biogas, condensate drain, gas meter, compressor, pressure regulator. Inner housing of the reactor is made of a polymer elastic material, due to which a thermos is created inside the rigid housing of the reactor, providing a protective layer and reducing temperature losses of the fermented substrate. Inner polymer elastic housing of reactor is fixed by fasteners in upper part on rigid cylindrical housing of reactor, wherein inner housing is provided with manure and fertilizer loading and unloading openings and produced biogas discharge openings.
EFFECT: improved chemical and corrosion protection with prevention of reactor destruction and formation of slots in it with maintenance of required temperature for fermentation of organic wastes.
