FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: plant comprises a bioreactor with consistently communicating containers with overflow baffles provided with pipes for supply manure substrate and discharge of fermented mass, heaters, mixing devices and a device for collecting and discharge of biogas. The bioreactor consists of a main reactor vessel and five ring finisher tanks made of reinforced concrete structures. At the bottom of each tank tubular heaters are installed. The ring tanks baffles of finishers are equipped with overflow windows located diametrically opposite and at different depths. Over the bioreactor the gas holder is installed, which lower edge of the ring is immersed in the waterlock. On the outer side of the ring a back plate of gas holder is welded, rotating on four ragged rollers, two of which are rigidly fixed to the foundation, and two are compensators. Inside the gas holder ring, cross-shaped spacers are installed, which are fixed to a rigid mixer for the main reactor vessel and chain - for circular finisher tanks. The baffles of ring tanks of finishers are made of bimetal, and the bimetal material of the baffles from the side of the discharged substrate has a coefficient of thermal conductivity of 2.0-2.5 times higher than the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the material from the side of the subsequent finisher. The rigid mixer for the main reactor vessel and chain - for circular finisher tanks are connected with motor reducer, made in the form of the drive with rotation speed control, which is connected with the temperature regulator and a temperature sensor. The temperature sensor is located in the main reactor vessel. The temperature regulator includes blocks of comparison and tasks, electronic and magnetic amplifier, a nonlinear feedback unit. The rotation speed control unit is designed as a unit of powder magnetic muffs.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the plant in changing climatic conditions during operation in production of sterile feed additives and related biogas production through automation and control, followed by technical process control of manure processing and obtaining the finished product.
