SUBSTANCE: method provides for extraction of almond flowers by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, preparation of girasol and apples its cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres, girasol frying, drying of apples by convective method, mixing of girasol and apples in mass ratio 3:2, impregnation of obtained mixture by separated miscella is performed with simultaneous pressure boost. Depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen follow. Thus obtained product is instant powder. Cloudy brown drink which taste and aroma are similar to flavored coffee appear when the powder is mashed.
EFFECT: production of drink without production of wastes.
