SUBSTANCE: essence of the method provides pleurocentesis performance, includes treatment of a zone of a puncture by antiseptics, local anaesthesia, thorax puncture. Thus, the needle puncture point adjoins an upper edge of VIII rib in a point of crossing of an average auxiliary line and level of a lower edge of a corresponding scapula of the patient.
EFFECT: use of the given invention allows to use an aspirating needle in a pleural cavity, to avoid a puncture of a lung, diaphragm, liver, lien, stomach, intrapleural bleeding, and also an air vascular embolism of a brain at damage of a lung vein, allows to exsect hemothorax, pheumothorax, exsudate, transudate, chylous hydrothorax, empyema, to straighten a lung.
