SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to traumatology, thoracal surgery, and can be used for early forecasting of formation of an acute empyema of a pleura at victims with the blunt closed trauma of the breast. The essence of the way consists that in 12 hours after a trauma in blood serum quantity of the peptide-fixed oxyproline is defined. At its rising to 109.92 mkmol/l and above, that is in 12 times and above in comparison with norm, formation of an acute empyema of a pleura is prognosticated.
EFFECT: reception of possibility of early and exact forecasting of formation of an acute empyema of a pleura at victims with the blunt closed trauma of a breast for the purpose of its timely treatment, before pneumonia formation.
