METHOD OF BONE FRACTURES AND SURROUNDING SOFT TISSUES TREATMENT DURING POSTTRAUMATIC AND POSTOPERATIVE PERIODS Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61N5/00

Abstract RU 2365391 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: prospective invention concerns medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedy, and can be used at conservative treatment of bone fractures and soft tissues surrounding them during the posttraumatic and postoperative periods. Influence by a constant magnetic field and a high frequency (UHF) current is carried out; thus the area of damage is treated by magnetic field and high frequency currents simultaneously, and the magnetic field and high frequency currents are directed perpendlcularly.

EFFECT: combination (applying) of a constant magnetic field on variable electric field (created by an UHF-apparatus UHF-30), that leads to change of cell cytoplasma ions movement trajectory from reciprocating to elliptic, that significantly strengthens thermal and medical effects, reduces time of wound healing, enlarges throughput of quantity of patients in trauma and orthopedy units as term of medical and social aftertreatment of patients is considerably reduced.
