SUBSTANCE: carrying out the microcurrent therapy, imposing cutaneous electrodes in the region of the nose and the projection of the paranasal sinuses. Current strength up to 1 mA, frequency 20-120 MHz, with trapezoidal envelope, time 15-30 minutes. In the same zones magnetotherapy is carried out by a stationary magnetic field, with a frequency of 1-16 imp/s with a magnetic induction of 2-6 mT. The therapeutic course makes 8-10 combined daily procedures.
EFFECT: improving the effectiveness of rehabilitation treatment of patients due to the combined effects of microcurrent therapy and magnetotherapy with optimal parameters, providing improved microcirculation and lymphatic drainage, reducing pain syndrome, stimulating metabolism in the area of surgical intervention.
