FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to procedure for manufacturing of gas-cleaning and dust-catching apparatuses and may be used in production of mineral fertilizers, metallurgical, chemical, petrochemical and other industries for gas cleaning in electric filter. Invention substance consists in the fact that in method for production of collecting electrodes of electric filter, composition from polymer materials with electroconductive fillers is molded and thermally treated, elements of collecting electrodes are produced in the form of multi-channel plates. Then prior to assembly of multi-channel plates of electrodes template is installed, axis of which matches axis of electrodes. Multi-channel plates and connection elements are assembled around template. After assembly multi-channel plates are melted with connection elements by heated tool. Melting is carried out until tool stops against external surface of template. Then melted material is compressed and cooled to make annular welded seams that join multi-channel plates with connection elements.
EFFECT: increased working voltage and current in operation of electric filter.
