FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to enrichment of minerals and may be used in retreating of magnetite concentrates. Method includes grinding, conditioning of pulp with cation collector and further main reverse floatation, to produce foam product - dump tails, and chamber product - concentrate. Grinding is carried out by attritioning in ball mill. Foaming agent is also added into conditioning additionally to cation collector, which is Flotigam reagent, from substances included in group of polyalkylene glycols. Foam product of main reverse floatation is supplied to retreating cycle, including operations of additional grinding, condensation, treatment of product by modifiers and final floatation, chamber product of which is combined with chamber product of main floatation to produce combined floatation magnetite concentrate.
EFFECT: improved quality of ferrous concentrate.
