FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to vibration engineering and may be used for excitation mechanical vibrations. The device for vibration excitation includes striker mounted on guides with possibility of force interaction with anvil. The striker is connected with gear motor shaft via driving drum-type cam gear with push-rod mounted on striker and interacting with working surface on cam butt-end. The striker is enabled to travel linearly and has central chamber inside which cam is installed. The cam is connected with motor gear shaft via free-wheeling clutch. Additionally, the striker is made with head placed in direction of the anvil at the centre of its force impact. The push-rod may be installed with possibility to change position of its installation along the striker travel axis, also the push-rod may be spring-loaded in direction of the anvil and enabled to be shifted by the cam on which additional stops are installed to limit push-rod stroke.
EFFECT: energy saving, increase in stability and providing adjustment of energy amount of vibrations created by the device in vertical direction when using power sources of moderate capacity.
