FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices that separate particulate and other loose materials by ascending air flow and may be used to clean grains and seeds in agriculture and grain-processing products in flour-milling-cereal and mixed fodder industry and other fields. Pneumatic separator of particulate material comprises body of pneumatic channel, supporting lattice, windows for reception of initial and discharge of processed particulate material and partitions that separate internal space of body into separating channels. Thickness of partitions s is connected to depth of pneumatic channel body d and number of partitions n by ratio of 0.07d<ns<0.25d. Partitions are arranged with the possibility of their thickness s adjustment. Pneumatic separator is equipped with device for control of h gap between supporting lattice of channel and lower edges of partitions.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of grain material separation.
