SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automobile roads construction and can be applied for arrangement of upper layers of road dressings in all climatic zones. Asphaltic concrete includes crushed stone, sand, mineral powder, viscous oil bitumen and finely-milled rubber crumb. Finely-milled rubber crumb is contained in form of mixture of mechanically activated rubber crumb with fraction size from 0.071 mm to 0.100 mm and sand, obtained by combined processing in disintegrator at weight ratio 1:2. Component ratio in composition of asphaltic concrete constitutes, wt %: crushed stone 42-43, sand 35-36, mineral powder 12.8-13.2, viscous oil bitumen 5.5-6.0, said rubber crumb 1.0, said sand 2.0.
