FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sugar industry. Method includes preparation in refining mixers of remelt syrup of raw sugar and product of remelt syrups of sugar of last crystallisations, mixing of remelt syrups, introduction of water solution of organic flocculant in two stages, on the first of which it is introduced in amount 20-120 mg/l into raw sugar remelt syrup, and on the second stage into remelt syrups mixture in the same amount. After introduction of flocculant at first stage lime mixtute is added into raw material remelt syrup in order to preserve its pH 5.5-6.5. Before second stage of introduction of flocculant 0.3-0.5% CaO lime milk is added into remelt syrups until pH is 11.5-11.7 and defecation at 75-80°C is carried out. Then decolourising agent is introduced -2-50 mg/l. After second stage of flocculant introduction pH of remelt syrups mixture is brought to 8.5-9.7 and filtered in order to remove deposits of non-sugars. In process of preparing product remelt syrup of sugar of last crystallisation saturated water solution of inorganic coagulant is added into refining mixer in order to precipitate non-sugars. After filtration fillmass of first crystallisation is in boiled from remelt syrups mixture, it is centrifuged with removal of sugar. Fillmass of last crystallisations from shades and yellow sugars are in boiled.

EFFECT: increase of efficiency of remelt syrups purification and reduction of coloration of remelt syrups mixture.
