FIELD: mining engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rock destruction tool, particularly to bearing structures of drill cone bits. Bearing structure of cone bit contains pin with friction bearing, loaded part of which is implemented cross-sectional with radius, less than radius of pin from unloaded side with formation of benches in transfer areas, installed on friction bearing shell, and fixed on pin by retaining bearing mill. Particularity of bearing structure is that bearing is installed on pin rotationally and is implemented in the form of bush, inner surface of which is congruous to outside surface of friction bearing, herewith bush of benches and of friction bearing are installed with clearance of one relative to others for placement in it of resilient members. It is provided version of implementation of end sections of thickened part of shell with grooves for ball bearings, and inner surface of thickened part of shell along the its full length - with spiral groove, filled by- lubrication, herewith diametre of spiral groove is less than diametre of groove for ball bearing.
EFFECT: increasing of resource operation of bearing structure and straight bit by means of excluding of pinching of shells and decline in value ensured by simplification of bearing structure mounting.
