FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to oil and gas industry, and in particular to the field of oil deposit development, and may be used for remote, automatic and manual control of actuating mechanisms of oil deposit well stop elements. Complex of equipment for well control comprises station of well stop elements control - side and above-root gate valves, which are installed on well-control equipment, throttle valve for control of well debit, underground device that isolates oil flow in well, having actuating mechanisms, and also valve for control of low and high pressure and fusible insert. Besides, control station includes unit for control of actuating mechanisms of stop elements, pump-accumulator installation with working medium, power lines of functional control of mentioned actuating mechanisms and line of logical control. This line is made with the possibility of commands transmission for well closure in logical sequence "side gate valve - above-root gate valve - isolating device". For this purpose line is equipped with system of duplicate selective actuation from response of accordingly valve of low and high pressure control, fusible insert or remote or manual commands for closure of well stop elements. Mentioned line is also equipped with system of three-staged actuation in time with slowdown of executive command transmission to closure of above-root gate valve and underground isolating valve, which comprises mechanisms of command transmission delay tuned differently in time and installed on lines of logical control in sections of above-root gate valve and isolating device. These delay mechanisms consist of combination of control pneumatic hydraulic accumulator and throttle serially installed on specified sections. Power line of functional control of throttle valve actuating mechanism is equipped with three-way distribution valve with two electromagnets.
EFFECT: provides for improved reliability and faultless operation of oil pool well, lower prime cost of oil production and simplified control of well actuating mechanisms.
