Device contains block of parametres measuring instrument of GTE 1, calculator block of main channel 2, calculator block of duplicating channel 3, linkbuilder for reception-transfer of data and beeps 4, drivers block for discrete signals 5, control unit of actuating mechanism of main channel 6, protection block 7, control unit of actuating mechanism of duplicating channel 8, the first 9, the second 10 and the third 11 channels of data exchange (CDE), the first 12, the second 13, the third 14, the fourth 15 and the fifth 16 channels for reception-transfer of data.

EFFECT: reliability growth of system, quality and accuracy of regulation, laboriousness reduction of control and regulation, and also expansion of operational functionality.
