FIELD: motors and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of reactive technology, particularly to field of diagnosis, maintenance, acceptance and delivery of gas turbine engines for aircrafts and energy plants, operating on liquid and gaseous fuels. Method of diagnosis and maintenance of gas turbine engines consists in registration of current value of motor condition criteria, in its comparison with specified reference values, removal of discovered defects and implementation of control checks. Registration of current value of motor condition criteria is implemented by visual examination with following disassembling of motor, sending off of purchased aggregates and components by designers and manufacturers, implementation of nondestructive inspection method and preproduction testing, there are compared recorded values of motor criteria, for instance with motor condition criteria bearing state testings, and it is formed with maintenance of requirements of repair technology lists of aggregates, units and motors, which are subject to repair, replacement and allowance of valid for assemblage, motor is assembled, installed on testbed, there are implemented bench acceptance test with adjustment of parametres and controlling of all its systems and checking against specification of assemblage quality and main parametres of motor against specified values, there are selected from the number, passing acceptance tests motor from batch, there are implemented on it bench durability tests, after what it is again visually examined, disassembles, there are sent purchased aggregates and componentry to designers and manufacturers, there are implemented nondestructive inspection methods, geometry measurement of components of motor and preproduction testings, there are compared registered values of motor criteria with specified values, and there are formed by results of comparison conclusion about motors allowance to following operation with initial assigned or changed resource and after it is implemented receiving and sending of the rest motors of this batch into operation.

EFFECT: such method will provide expansion of functional capabilities of checking of aggregates functionality.
