SUBSTANCE: device includes carrying system, stand, flat-cutting shovel, packer discs, control unit. Device features removable decompressors mounted on stand. One decompressor features straight short ripper and chisel point. Another decompressor features long ripper and chisel point. The stand is hollow. Flat-cutting shovel features wedges. Packer discs are positioned behind decompressors and feature lugs, indents and hitches. Hitches are positioned above shovel wedges, in transverse plane to wedge passage, at a distance defined by the formula l=h tg φ, where h is wedge passage depth, cm; φ is shearing angle, degrees. Hitches have triangle shape and are attached on disc lugs between indents.
EFFECT: enhanced erosion resistance of soil due to the construction.
