SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and medical equipment and aims at critical flicker frequency measurement. Said unit comprises three analogue multiplexers, three resistance dividers, ten assembled voltage-to-frequency converters, ten assembled limiting amplifiers, ten assembled keys, ten assembled light pulse sources, a multiplexer, a coder, an OR component, a second pulse generator, a gate, a register, two single-shot multivibrators, a counter, a display unit and a binary counter.

EFFECT: device allows reducing measurement time owing to that it can be applied in screening studies or during veloergometry testing for level of fatigue or functional status of a person.
