A unit comprises first-fourth keys, a toggle switch, first-third multiplexers, first-second mode switches, first-second ramp voltage generators, first-second voltage-to-frequency converters, first-second light pulse source units, a calculator, a second pulse generator, a counter, first-second display units, first-fourth single vibrators, a trigger, first-second gates and an OR element.

EFFECT: measurement unit enables higher accuracy of measuring the pass band of receptive fields of visual neurons that is ensured by simultaneous presentation of incremental and decrement flicker frequencies that provides avoiding long-time logical-semantic memory.
