A unit comprises first-fourth keys, first-second toggle switches, first-fifth gates, a shift register, first-second mode switches, first-second triggers, first-second NO elements, first-second ramp voltage generators, a multiplexer, first-fifth single vibrators, first-second OR elements, first-second voltage-to-frequency converters, first-second light pulse source units, a second pulse generator, a calculator, a mean value calculator, a counter and first-second display units.

EFFECT: measurement unit provides higher accuracy of measuring the pass band of the spatial frequency channel of the visual system that is ensured by simultaneous presentation of initial and incremental at first, and then initial and decrement flicker frequencies that enables avoiding long-time logical-semantic memory.
