SUBSTANCE: diffusion juice of shelf fungus is prepared and precipitated by adding 20% hydrochloric acid solution to pH 2.0-2.2. Before the precipitation stage, aqueous solution of hyperbranched polymer concentrated 1*10-7-1*10-20 % is introduced into shelf fungus juice in ratio 10:1. Processing is performed at room temperature within 0.5-1.5 hours.
EFFECT: lower impurity content in a product, higher yield and antioxidant activity of a product.
