Limiter includes hollow stem installed in body with head and threaded tail, on which adjusting nut is screwed, which contact with end of elastic element and having gap relative to lower end of body, between upper end of which and lower cut of stem head with the possibility of free rotation, driving element is put on stem, upper cut of which creates claw clutch with lower cut of stem head.
