FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy and can be implemented at fabrication of rollers for aggregates of thermal treatment of sheet iron. There is applied gas-thermal coating containing a sub-layer and working layer on base of aluminium oxide. The sub-layer is produced by means of sputtering heat-sensitive powder Ni-Al, while the working layer is produced with sputtering a mixture of Ni-Al alloy and aluminium oxide at contents of aluminium oxide in mixture not less, than 50 % of volume. Thickness of the working layer is 0.6-0.8 mm.

EFFECT: increased operation life and quality of furnace roller coating.
