FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to shaft couplings and transmissions. Friction clutch comprises drive and driven shafts, drive and driven half-couplings, turbine, cup, friction plate, sleeve and pressure spring. Drive half-coupling flange is splined to drive shaft. Cup is jointed to driven half-coupling flange to embrace drive half-coupling flange. Driven half-coupling flange features through holes arranged in symmetry along the circumference. Cup bottom faces the driven half-coupling and has central bore that houses the turbine. Friction plate rigidly attached to cup bottom with the help of sleeves is arranged between the drive half-coupling flange and cup bottom. The latter features through cylindrical holes receiving guides screwed to cup bottom. The said guides have stop shoulder to limit their shift in the cup bottom. Friction plate moves axially with the sleeves inserted into guide holes. Sleeve ends extending beyond cup bottom are furnished with pressure springs.
EFFECT: smooth gear shifting, higher reliability and longer life.
