FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to shaft couplings and transmissions friction clutch comprises drive and driven shafts, drive and driven half-couplings, turbine, cup, friction plate, sleeve and pressure spring. Drive half-coupling flange is splined to drive shaft. Cup is jointed to driven half-coupling flange to embrace drive half-coupling flange driven half-coupling. Flange features through holes arranged in symmetry along the circumference cup bottom faces the driven half-coupling and has central bore that houses the turbine. Friction plate rigidly attached to cup bottom with the help of sleeves is arranged between the drive half-coupling flange and cup bottom. The latter features through cylindrical holes receiving guides screwed to cup bottom space between friction plate and cup, thrust sleeve and axial spring are fitted on drive shaft the said thrust sleeve represents a bowl that moves axially driven by axial spring. Note that drive shaft axial part diametre is smaller than that of splined part of the said shaft.
EFFECT: smooth gear shifting, higher reliability and longer life.
